These are MPEG-4 videos that stream to your computer. Your internet connection determines how fast they stream and how soon you can begin watching. Allowing adequate time for them to stream keeps each video from stopping repeatedly. A good rule of thumb is to let the dark grey progress bar get half way across the video before watching.

You may experience intermittent pauses while watching the videos on your 3G network. Throughout 2010, wireless carriers will be dramatically increasing the speed of their wireless networks and this should resolve this problem. Until then, you can watch the video over a wi-fi network and it should be smooth and uninterrupted.
